Staffing MUX Allocation Timeline views will not display Current Period but older Start Period

Issue/Introduction

In Staffing, their Unsaved or even Saved views will display Current Period as starting in not current period, and will fix itself upon refresh /caches clear and then reappear. This seems to occur when using the configuration for 'Duration' view options. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Go to Staffing Module 
2. It will automatically open Allocations by Resource (note this can happen on other Staffing views)

Expected Results: The view to load starting Current Period

Actual Results: The view will load starting 3/31/2024 period

(Will be a specific prior period)
