Issue/Introduction

When using PC Transplant (PCT) to capture personalities, users need to be able to see the capture so they can deploy it.  What rights are needed?

Environment

ITMS 8.x

GSS 3.x

Resolution

Users need the Read rights to Organizational Views > Default > Software Component > Personality Resource to see the packages that have been captured so that they can then deploy them.
