Issue/Introduction

In the Workstation when creating a VS image from swagger, that has a $ref definition that refers to another $ref definition, it fails with:
java.lang.NullPointerException
at com.itko.lisa.vse.swagger.helper.SwaggerSchemaResolver$ReferenceResolverImpl.resolve
