Issue/Introduction

Symptom:

USE0027E – DME

Received error USE0027E in DME.

DBA can execute same step, but my userid cannot.

 

Cause:

This error usually indicates a bad queue record linked to that userid.

 

Workaround:

The usual fix is to delete the DME queues associated with that user.

DCMT VARY QUEUE DME_PRF1xxxxxx DELETE

DCMT VARY QUEUE DME_PRF2xxxxxx DELETE

DCMT VARY QUEUE DME_PRF3xxxxxx DELETE

 

Where the xxxxxx is the signon id of the user.
