Issue/Introduction

We have been getting several error messages like HTTP 524, Timeout errors, 502 errors, and experiencing slowness in Clarity for the past few weeks. We have checked from both the Network and server end, but we couldn't find any abnormal behavior. 

Resolution

Please check with the LB's Admin and remove a http profile applied to the VIP for Clarity prod which enabled a feature known as OneConnect, which allows the LB to maintain and reuse established TCP connections to backend servers (pool members), reducing the number of connections between the LB/Servers and reducing network overhead, memory use, and compute.Clarity app.
