Review of the Altiris Log Viewer showed these two errors:

Credential load failed. The credential has expired: 'WMI Credential for Default Connection Profile' (d0c6dd30-3e21-4414-8ef5-f010d97df6ea)
ITMS 8.7.x
The WMI Credential for Default Connection Profile had an expiration date set which had already passed.
First, In the Symantec Management Console, navigate to Settings > All Settings > Monitoring and Alerting > Credential Settings > Credentials Management. Highlight the WMI Credential for Default Connection Profile credential and click the pencil icon in the grey menu bar above. Either change the expiration date to a date in the future or uncheck the check box for Expiration date as desired.
Then, while logged into the Notification Server using the Application Identity Account, open the Symantec Installation Manager (SIM) and click the Repair installed products link. In the next screen, click Reconfigure installed products so that it is bolded, and then click the Next button. Check the box for Symantec Management Platform 8.7.2 and click Next. On the next screen click the Configure button. When complete verify on the main SIM page that no products show as unconfigured.
