Within CA Business Service Insight, is it possible to freeze the report data calculation metric wise or is it restricted to the whole contract?

Resolution

It is only possible to perform calculation freezes at contract level and not by metric itself.

To achieve this, you will need to create another contract with specific freeze dates and assign specific metrics.
