We created a user but spectrum inform us the user already exists and we can't find it to delete it and create the new one:
The main problem is that we cannot find where the user is in Spectrum.

Wrong/problematic tomcat cache information stored.
In the related Oneclick machine (Where the OC client is connected):
1- Stop Tomcat service;
2- Rename the $SPECROOT/tomcat/work directory to "work.bkp"
3- Start Tomcat service;
NOTE: The "work" directory contains cache information and will be rebuilt when the tomcat service starts.
