GT Subset - when creating the scripts to drop and create Indexes for SQL Server, the create script is generated with the wrong database.

Issue/Introduction

While using GT Subset to generate the scripts to drop and create indexes for a SQL Server Table, we noticed that the create script is using the wrong database. 

Environment

GT Subset 4.10.137.0 

Cause

GT Subset is holding onto an older target database connection, which is why the index scripts are wrong.

Resolution

This has been resolved in GT Subset-4.10.139.0 and GT Subset-4.11.22.0
