When an Agent is deployed using Deployment Wizard, by default everything is installed on C: drive and under C:\Program Files (x86)\CA.. location.
In this article is explained how to change the Drive and root folder in which the Agent will be installed.

Using the following commands in Deployment Wizard section, will make that all components of the Agent will be istalled under D: drive inside "itcm" folder (This folder name can be changed if required):
CA="D:\itcm\CA" CASHCOMP="D:\itcm\CA\SC"
CA="D:\itcm\CA" DMPRIMER="D:\DMPRIMER" CASHCOMP="D:\itcm\CA\SC"
