There is an attribute called 'Calculated Risk' under the 'Risk' object. This attribute / column is displayed in the Risks tab of the Modern UX. Is it possible to change the values that this column shows, along with the colours associated with those values?
'Calculated Risk' is the multiplication of the IDs present against values in 'Risk Probability' and 'Risk Impact' lookups.
There are three values defined in these two lookups out of the box. They take up IDs 1 through 3. If new values need to be included in these two lookups, then their IDs will need to start from 4. This results in a constraint of not being able to define a value to indicate a state between Low and Medium, or between Medium and High. However states higher than 'High' can be defined. For example, 'Very High' or 'Critical'.
If there is a need to include additional states between Low and Medium, or Medium and High, the out of the box values can be disabled. New values can be defined starting with ID 4.
An example of the value assigned to 'Calculated Risk' is as follows:
Display mappings to indicate various value ranges can be defined within 'Calculated Risk' attribute itself.
