We are facing issue in our console server which throwing an error dialog box and CCS App page is loading blank for long time.
Control Compliance Suite Console is not functioning correctly. Others are able to run a console just fine on this server, other servers the Console for this user runs fine.
The issue is only for this one user on this one server.
Removing the preferences folder and uninstalling/re-installing the CCS Console on this server for the 1 user did not resolve the issue.
The CCS Console is installed per user, so uninstalling the Console will NOT affect any other users that have the CCS Console installed on a server.
In this case the user's profile has some corruption in it.
Remove the corrupt user profile and recreate the user profile.
Once the CCS Console is installed no further issue will exist for this user/server.
