Migrated from DEVTEST 10.7.2 to 10.7.2SP3- VSCatalog start up fine but ED landing page throws UncategorizedSolrException

Issue/Introduction

We recently migrated from 10.7.2 to 10.7.2SP3. VSCatalog start up fine. But when we configure the ED details under manage . we are getting the below error :

ED landing page stays spinning. 

Environment

DevTest & VSCatalog on 10.7.2 with Service Pack 3

Cause

The Enterprise Dashboard shows all the Registry's for the past 6 months or more..

This includes Registry's with VSE's connected and Registry's with VSE's not connected.

If you have say 80 Registry's ,its trying to load all of them and stay spinning. 

Resolution

We provided a new bespin jar patch for SP3: bespin-service-1.7.8.sp3.jar

The patch ignores Registry's with Zero VSEs. It will show these Registry's as not connected in the VSCatalog ED landing page.
