 Highest supported function level : V12R1M505

Cause

maintenance missing

Resolution

 In the ENABLExx member of the CDBAPARM library to skip the checks:

Ensure this parm is set
SKIP-DB2-LEVEL-CHECKS (YES)

Or as a permanent solution

The following set of PTFs removes the function level checks from Utilities altogether
