Issue/Introduction

After creating queues from APM in SOI the alarms for most of the queues are visible in the eventstore for a long time, but CIs are not created in the SOI. 

Environment

SOI 4.2 CU4

Resolution

Remove the APM connector and re-add it to the SOI and APM. This should resolve the problem.
