"S.map is not a function" error in IAM with LDAP after upgrade to Devtest 10.7.2 SP5

Issue/Introduction

After applying 10.7.2 SP5, IAM fails to show user details from LDAP.
When entering a specific user id in the user search field, the "S.map is not a function" error comes up immediately, without delay.
Also when trying to login to IAM with an LDAP userid "Network response was not OK" is shown.
If LDAP is not configured, the users in the IAM database show without error.
In IAM in the LDAP config, 'Test Connection' and 'Test Authentication' work fine. 

Configure DEBUG for LDAP in iam.properties by adding: log.level=DEBUG,org.keycloak.storage.ldap:DEBUG
