When manually adding a device to a Global Collection in OneClick it does not show the Is a member of field

Issue/Introduction

When right clicking a device and selecting Add To - Global Collection(s) the gui that launches does not show all of the GCs that the device exists in.  The Is a member of side is blank

For example:

Yet there are 3 GCs that this device exists in.

 

Cause

The Add To menu is only for Static Global Collections.

Resolution

This is Functioning as Designed.  A user is not meant to manually add devices to a Dynamic Global Collection as the search criteria is what populates the GC.  If there is no search criteria, then the GC is considered Static and that is when the list is populated.  The "Is not a member of" shows all GC, whether they are static or dynamic.  

This can be confusing as the gui shows all GCs, however it was designed so that you can only add models to Static GCs and once they are added, they will then show in the Is a member of side.

For example, the device has been manually added to GCs named Spectrum_GC_TEST and Static_GC.  Neither of these searches have search criteria so they shows as "Is a member of"
