Virtual Edge SWG instances on SGOS 7.4.3.x, 7.4.2.x, or 7.4.1.x, with licenses expiring in the next 30 days may hang and may not boot for 24 hours.

This issue is resolved in SGOS 7.4.4.1 and later releases.
Workaround
Restarting the Virtual Edge SWG instance after 24 hours of the outage will bring the Edge SWG device back online.
Renewing the licensing before reaching 30 days of the expiration would avoid this situation.
