Raw alarms are linking with Situation ID but unable to send raw alarms details in ServiceNow incident.
Is there any attribute in message template to map the the raw alarms (all raw alarms that linked with Situation ID)?
In this case, ServiceNow incident is being created via Situation alarm filters.
If the environment is On Premise 24.1 release or DX SaaS, please use below checkbox to include the raw alarm details for the situation ticket.
