When WCC is first registered to EEM during installation, a set of default users is created that all have a password that matches the user name. The following steps can be used to change the passwords for these users.
NOTE: If EEM is configured to integrate with an external directory, these default users are disabled and cannot be used for WCC login.

Login to the EEM GUI as EiamAdmin selecting the "Global" application.
Click on "Manage Identities".
User the "Search Users" area to find the user for which the password needs to be changed.
Click on the username to bring up the user's details on the right.
Scroll to the section labeled "Authentication". There are two options for changing the user's password...
Select "Change Password at Next Logon" and "Save" - The user will receive a "password expired" message on the next logon attempt and be presented with the option to set a new password.

Select "Reset Password" - When this is selected, fields for the new password and confirmation will appear. Enter the new password and confirmation and then click "Save".
