processes probe 4.84 crashing (appcrash) on some Windows 2019 robots

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading processes probe to 4.84 it is crashing repeatedly.  It was working fine previously. OS is Windows 2019 Standard but it is not happening on all machines with this OS.

Cause

code defect related to misreading a registry entry

Resolution

The next release of processes after 4.84 will resolve this issue.

As a workaround, remain on version 4.83.
