Issue/Introduction

The Enforce Server was upgraded from 15.8 MP3 to 16.0.2.
After the upgrade, none of the scheduled reports were being sent.
The reports can be sent manually.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to System > Settings > General.
  2. Click the "Configure" button.
  3. Modify the SMTP server name.
  4. Save the changes.
  5. Click the "Configure" button again.
  6. Remove the modification to the SMTP server name made in step 3.
  7. Save the changes again.

The scheduled reports will send when the schedule comes due again.
