The Aria Operations interface may display a black or blank screen immediately after entering valid login credentials. In this state, the UI does not proceed to load dashboard resources or navigation elements.

This issue occurs when an unsupported browser or an unsupported browser version is used.
Install a supported web browser or upgrade the existing browser to a version listed in the Aria Operations release notes. This ensures proper UI rendering and prevents the blank screen issue.
This behaviour is the same across all analytics nodes in the product UI, while the Aria Operations admin UI works normally and displays the cluster status. All required services are running, and no errors appear in the logs.
