Issue/Introduction

When accessing the Aria Operations Product UI, users encounter a black screen after entering the correct username and password. The resources do not load, and only a black screen is displayed






Environment

VMware Aria Operations (formerly known as vRealize Operations) 8.x

Cause

This issue arises when an unsupported web browser or an unsupported browser version is used

Resolution

To resolve this issue, install a supported web browser or upgrade your current browser to a supported version according to the Aria Operations release notes

Additional Information

  • This issue is consistent across all analytics nodes in the product UI. However, the Aria Operations admin UI functions correctly and shows the Cluster Status

  • All necessary services are operational, and no errors are recorded in the logs
