API-1019 error with conversations ending with a mention

Issue/Introduction
When a message end with a @mention, the conversations could throw an API-1019 error. This issue can occur intermittently.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the Conversations module in a project.
- Create a new conversation ending in an @mention.
- Reload the page.
Expected Results: Conversations are shown normally.
Actual Results: API-1019 error is shown, and there are no conversations in the page.
Resolution
This issue has been fixed in Clarity 16.2.3.
