netops-da-graphql.service fails to start

Issue/Introduction

Data Aggregator "netops-da-graphql.service" fails to start due to missing file 'graphql-start.sh' in 'IMDataAggregator/netops-da-graphql'.  

 

netops-da-graphql.service: Failed with result 'exit-code'.

netops-da-graphql.service: Main process exited, code=exited, status=203/EXEC

netops-da-graphql.service: Failed at step EXEC spawning /opt/IMDataAggregator/netops-da-graphql/graphql-start.sh: No such file or directory

netops-da-graphql.service: Failed to execute command: No such file or directory

Started NetOps DA GraphQL.

Stopped NetOps DA GraphQL

Environment

Dx Netops : 23.3.1+

Cause

Netops-da-graphql.service 

Is a new process included with the DA.

It will be used in new features in 23.3.10 +

Resolution

If the file is present:

/opt/IMDataAggregator/installers/netops-da-graphql-installer.txe

Just run it as root (or sudo)

(sudo) ./netops-da-graphql-installer.txe

 

If not present, re-install the DA on top of itself to repair missing files.
