Is it possible to upgrade to ADA 11.2.1 from ADA 11.2?  Where can I find the documentation for this upgrade?

Note that ADA 11.2.1 can be installed as a clean installation or upgraded from ADA 11.2.  Upgrade from previous ADA versions is not supported.
