Issue/Introduction

When clicking on the Landscape icon in the Explorer tab in the Navigation panel and then clicking on the Events tab in the Contents panel, we are seeing events for a model that is not modeled in the Landscape selected in the Explorer tab. It is on a model that is modeled in a different landscape.

Environment

Version: Any
Component: Events

Cause

This is a defect in the code and is only seen in the following instance when done from the same OneClick client:

  • Clicking on the Landscape icon in the Explorer tab in the Navigation panel and then clicking on the Events tab in the Contents panel
  • Opening the Events tab for a model that is not in the same landscape noted above

When this is done, you will see the events for the other model in the events tab of the landscape.

Resolution

The root cause has been identified and a fix will be included in a future release of Spectrum.

This has no impact on the use of OneClick and is only seen as described in the Root Cause section.

Events for the landscape and the other model are stored properly in their respective Archive Manager databases.
