First Time Logon With Top secret MSCA

Issue/Introduction
When Top Secret is purchased and delivered to a new site, it comes with one ACID/Userid, which is the MSCA.
A one time password is supplied for the MSCA.
Resolution
Following are the steps to take to log the MSCA onto the system for the first time:
1) From the master console, issue:
LOGON
2) You will get the following prompt at the bottom of the screen:
LOGON PASSWORD
GROUP SECLABEL
3) Enter the MSCA id and password in the LOGON and PASSWORD fields.
4) You will get the following prompt at the bottom (xxxxxxx will be the MSCA userid you entered in 2):
LOGON xxxxxxx PASSWORD OLD/NEW/NEW
GROUP SECLABEL
Specify the old password / new password / new password.
You have now changed the MSCA's password.
5) Enter F TSS,TSS from the master console:
You will get this message:
*05 TSS9273A ENTER TSS COMMAND PASSWORD/PASSPHRASE
Reply with the new MSCA password (yyyyyyyy below):
R 5,yyyyyyyy
6) You will get this message:
*06 TSS9272A ENTER <TSS COMMAND> OR <END>
Reply with this response (replace xxxxxxx with your MSCA userid):
R 6,'TSS ADD(xxxxxxx) CONSOLE NODSNCHK NORESCHK NOVOLCHK NOSUBCHK'
You will get these messages
TSS0300I ADD FUNCTION SUCCESSFUL
*07 TSS9272A ENTER <TSS COMMAND> OR <END>
7) Continue replying to the TSS9272A messages with the following commands.
Replace xxxxxxx with your MSCA userid.
Change TSOPROC to the name of your TSO logon proc.
Change ACCT to the account code to be used.

8) Logon to TSO with the MSCA, and from TSO READY prompt, issue:
TSS WHOAMI
You should see TSS0303I message with information about the MSCA ACID that logged on.
