Operator Console - Alarm acknowledgement is no longer working

Issue/Introduction

For some reason when trying to acknowledge alarms from the operator console, nothing happens. In the browser developer tools, network tracing shows HTTP 400 responses. 

The issue appears only when the "duration" filter is applied on the alert page.

This issue occurs only when the 'Duration' filter is selected. We were able to reproduce this in-house and got it fixed.
