Issue/Introduction

RDP access is given to user via ZTNA segmented application

When user takes Remote Desktop (i.e. RDP) getting following error

Remote Desktop can't find the computer "computer-name". This might mean that "computer-name" does not belong to the specific network. Verify the computer name nad domain that you are trying to connect to.

Resolution

Generally such error occurs due to failed DNS resolution of "computer-name" which is showing in the error.

Make sure that DNS resolution of RDP host(i.e. computer-name) works fine on the system from where you're taking RDP access.
