Unable to display job chain with not all UPROC from session are present on node

Issue/Introduction

Job chains defined in a node where not all UPROC's from a Session are created locally can no longer be displayed in UVC since 6.10.101 or 6.10.111

Recreation Steps

1: Install UVMS, UVC and Nodes on version 6.10.61

2: Create a multi node Session, with multiple UPROC's running on different nodes. Make sure only UPROC required to execute on the node are only present on that node.

3: Create a Job Chain and you will be able to view the same

4: Upgrade UVC and UVMS to 6.10.111

5: The Job chains are not visible in UVC 6.10.111

The above is identified issue and is tracked as DU_AS-7630 and currently under Engineering review.
