Upgrade / Deployment of NAPP with Advanced Form Factor fails

Issue/Introduction

Napp 4.1.2.1 / 4.1.2 both faces the below issue :

(1) Upgrade to Advanced form factor faces the below issue as in Screenshot
(2) Direct Deployment fails with the same error for Advanced Form Factor

 

 

Environment

NAPP 4.1.2 / 4.1.2.1

Cause

This issue is happening with standard form factor. if customer  has deployed with standard form factor and trying to upgrade to advance form factor

OR  

customer  is uninstalling NAPP standard form factor, charts are not cleaning up.

 

 

Resolution

clean files from "/config/vmware/napps/charts" and redeploy napp with Advance form factor
