Issue/Introduction

Is there any way to get the waterfall diagram for an ASM Full Page Monitor that is older than 14 days?

Resolution

1) On OPMS, you can adjust the expiration time of assets (waterfalls/HARs, screenshots, page captures) with the following command

./asm-installer --set global.assets.keepOk=X --set global.assets.keepError=X

where X is the number of days until asset is deleted.

 

2) On the ASM backend, the references to assets are removed after 14 days regardless of this setting. Meaning, they won't be visible in monitor settings, even though the files are still physically present on the OPMS.

3) It could be increased but because of technical reasons , it cannot be increased individually for one monitor/folder/customer, but only for all of them at once. So an internal discussion would have to be held on the costs of doing this
