Issue/Introduction

Is SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) or Azure Data Studio a prerequisite for running Information Centric Analytics (ICA)?

Environment

Version : 6.x

Resolution

SSMS is highly recommended for managing the ICA database, cube, and jobs, but it is not a requirement for ICA to function; however, if you do not have it installed and open a support case with Broadcom, you may be required to install it for diagnostics and troubleshooting purposes.

Azure Data Studio is also not required by ICA.
