Second ILM switch attempt fails after restarting the AE

Issue/Introduction

After an initial ILM switch fails, due to an exterior cause, for instance, a failed tablespace extension, the second attempt also fails if the AE was restarted in between:

20240603/070349.971 - U00005329 A statement in table ISTMT was set to L(ocked) as the used Idnr is not valid any more. This has to be checked and solved manually. Please contact our Support team.
20240603/070349.971 - U00003620 Routine 'UCMAIN_R' forces trace because of error.
20240603/070349.971 - U00005329 A statement in table ISTMT was set to L(ocked) as the used Idnr is not valid any more. This has to be checked and solved manually. Please contact our Support team.
20240603/070350.076 - U00003449 Output to the TRACE file is finished.
20240603/070350.076 - U00003100 Memory TRACE was opened with the switches '0000000000000000'.

After this error, the system creates Forced Traces.

The second ILM switch attempt uses limits that are not valid anymore.

This will be fixed in a future version of the product
