The Alert Symptom "Deactivate VDS Health Check" does not work

Issue/Introduction

The Alert Symptom "Deactivate VDS Health Check" is active in the policy but does not trigger. This causes the "CIS - Non-compliance View for vSphere Distributed Switch" view to appear blank in the "CIS - Non-compliance Report". It’s not detecting the status of the VDS Health Check and as a result, doesn’t show in views or reports when VLAN and MTU, or Teaming and Failover are Enabled.
