Email alert notifications from VMware Aria Operations-SaaS are being received in the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) zone

Issue/Introduction

In VMware Aria Operations (SaaS), email alert notifications are sent in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) instead of the end user's local time zone

In Aria Operations-SaaS, Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) is utilized because UTC is designated during the deployment of Aria Operations

Environment

VMware Aria Operations (formerly known as vRealize Operations) SaaS 8.x

Resolution

Currently, there is no option to adjust the server time zone from the SaaS UI. So the alert payloads sent cannot be formatted in any other time zone rather than UTC. This is not an issue but rather a request for adding time-zone customization support in notifications
