MCS profiles stuck in Pending state after CDM 7.20 migration

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to UIM 23.4 CU1, with a single hub and under 300 robots, I migrated profiles to the Pull model as per documentation. Following this, I upgraded the CDM MCS templates to version 7.20 using the one_step_migrator and received a successful result.

I then followed the documentation guidance to generate the checksums. However, all my MCS CDM profiles (such as CPU Monitor (Enhanced)) are now showing a Pending state in OC. In the spooler log on the given robot, I am seeing numerous lines like "cmd_get_probe_profile_checksum: couldn't get profile 18690 for probe = cdm".
