Packet capture option is disabled

Issue/Introduction

Can't start packet capture on SSLV appliance.

"Start capture" option is greyed out.

Environment

• SSLV Visibility Appliance

Resolution

Following action can be performed:

1. Attempt to restart the user web interface with following command:

   # restart-ui

    This command is faster and less disruptive than rebooting the appliance

   
   
   
2. If #1 does not resolve the issue reboot the appliance
   
   Halt/Reboot/Reset the Appliance
