Troubleshoot error CAS110407 - Failed to apply nodepolicy CR

Issue/Introduction

Deploying a workload cluster will result in the CAS110407 - Failed to apply nodepolicy CR error if the underlying environment has not been configured correctly.

Environment

Cause

Misconfigured environments cause deployment failures.

Resolution

• Confirm NTP is configured and correct across all hosts.
• Ensure the hosts and management clusters are not experiencing time drift.
• Confirm DNS is accessible and allows for forward and reverse name resolution.
• If using DHCP, ensure DHCP server is accessible and is supplying the nodes is a valid IP, gateway, and/or DNS address.
• For non-Airgap environments, confirm Internet access to the required repositories using the following commands:
