SAP Spool File Name created incorrectly.

Issue/Introduction
CA Workload Automation System Agent may see different behaviour with SAP jobs. The SAP Spool file are being created with the filename: .<JobId>.txt
The filename created should be <Spool Title>.<JobId>.txt
Environment
CA Workload Automation Agent: v11.5
Cause
The agentparm.txt may have: oscomponent.joblog=false
Resolution
Change / add the agentparm.txt property to:
oscomponent.joblog=true
