16.2.2 Auto Number on Cost Plan Name attribute will not allow a budget to be submitted

Issue/Introduction

If auto number is set for the Cost Plan object attribute: Name a budget plan cannot be submitted.  The dialog box appears but the Submit button is grayed out.

 

 

STR:

 

1.  On the cost plan object set auto numbering on the name field.

 

2.  Submit a plan of record for approval

 

 

Expected Results:  Able to submit the cost plan of record for budget approval

 

Actual Results:  Submit button is grayed out

 

Workaround:  Remove auto numbering from the Cost Plan Name attribute
