Unable to set a mapping rule for situation ticketing policy

Issue/Introduction

Attempting to set a ticket enrichment for a policy that auto tickets Situations.

When I try to apply the mapping value, the input box is greyed out and marked unavailable.

If I select all alarm instead of situation, the mapping field is enabled

Environment

DX OI SaaS

Resolution

When you create a new Enrichment Rule, click on the triangle next to "All Alarms". Then choose Situations.

Please note that once you set that to "All Alarms", "Service Alarms" or "Situations" you cannot change that again on that particular Enrichment Rule. You would have to create a new rule if you want to change that on an existing rule.
