Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to v17.4 RU1 of Service Catalog the list of my pending actions is empty for all.

This means

  1. No catalog user can allow or deny any request, because the requests aren't displayed.
  2. No catalog user can allow or deny any request at approval pending because the button isn't displayed in the request
  • The requests have been applied to a Group and a User

  • The groups connected to the requests are existent (exist) in EEM and in SDM

  • The issue is reproducible on the server itself and on the AccessGateway (SPS) either.

  • The Catalog Configuration is the same as in 17.3 (Productive)

  • In 17.4 there's no relating entry.

  • When approving through a ITPAM workflow, this is successful.

  • We suspect any issue in the jquery.js (querySelectionAll) to catalogpendingaction.xsl.  Or maybe any missing parameter in any of the configuration-tables of the mdb.

Resolution

Upgrading to RU2 resolved the problem
