Custom Investment Tiles not visible on first try

Issue/Introduction

Custom Investment module shows a blank screen under the following scenario:

• pendo.io calls are blocked due to organizational restrictions
• 'Tiles - Administer' access right is absent from the account under use
• A browser instance is opened for the first time (after completely closing all its windows)

Environment

Version: 16.1.3.

Resolution

Not reproducible in 16.2.0.

A particular change made in the product to handle this scenario is planned to be back ported to 16.1.3 Patch 5.
