Different ETC/Actuals/Allocation numbers shown in MUX Per Period Metrics for different users

Issue/Introduction

The Actuals in same view are different for different users. The sum of actuals from periods is very high for one user but looks normal when I view it.

The scenario under consideration is as follows:

• Both users are opening the same View/Project 
• Per Period metrics ETC, Allocation, Actuals column is configured to show in this View
• However, the numbers seen by the users are very different
• This is valid for all the per period metrics in MUX (ETC, Allocation, Actuals, Availability) 

Environment

All Supported Clarity Releases

Cause

Mismatched Unit of Measure set on the user account

Resolution

• Connect to MUX - Avatar - Settings - General
• Check the value for Unit of Measure for both users
• To have matching number, the Unit of Measure must match
• You may compare the numbers again after adjusting them
