How to check and renew SSL certificate on vIDM connector

Environment

vIDM 3.3.x

Resolution

To check if the SSL certificate on vIDM connector is valid

To renew the certificate please follow the below steps.

1. Navigate to  https://<connectorURL>:8443/cfg
2. Enter the admin password.
3. Go to SSL certificate.
4. Click on Generate SSL certificate and save it.
5. It will prompt you to say it will restart your box.
6. Once done that wait for 15 mins.
7. Open a new tab and access the same https://<connectorURL>:8443/cfg. Press F12 go to security and view the certificate. See if the certificate is updated.
