Machines not showing to add to onboarding plan when 'Use placements' set to true

Issue/Introduction

• Attempting to Add machines to an onboarding plan with Use placements set to true but the expected discovered machines are not showing.
• If you create an onboarding plan with Use placements set to false the same machines are visible and you can add to the onboarding plan.

Environment

• Aria Automation 8.x

Cause

When the Use placements is set to true additional checks are performed to validate that the machines exists within a cloud zone added to the relevant project.

Resolution

To resolve the issue you can either:

1. Migrate the machine within a cloud zone's compute resources that are added to the project.

2. Add the compute resource where the machine resides to the projects cloud zone configuration
