Hub tunnel queue issues

Issue/Introduction

Within the hub config in IM,  status tab my subscriber queue for type "attach" and subject/queue to "*",  is bloated.

A substantial amount is sent and received by the primary hub but at a slow pace.

Environment

DXUIM 20.4

Cause

Throttling, the queue bulk size is insufficient 

Resolution

Increased the queue bulk size to the max 50 and issue was resolved
